These terms govern your access to and use of GulfPOS, provided by BriskBase Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using GulfPOS, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

2. Subscription and billing

GulfPOS is offered on subscription plans described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GulfPOS — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the software, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into GulfPOS (products, sales, customers and related records). We use this data only to provide and support the service.

5. Service availability

We work to keep GulfPOS reliable, including offline support at the point of sale, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud-dependent features such as sync and remote reporting.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GulfPOS after an update means you accept the revised terms.
